Department of Commerce is a part of Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University and approved by UGC. The young department aims to foster the development of commerce education at university campus. Academic programme intends to equip students with the requisite training and education in issues relating to economic administration and financial management of private and public sector organisation. Department presently focuses on Cooperation as a mechanism to supplement the developing economy. Department has recently initiated a self-financing Masters programme in Tourism.
