Laboratory

  • The department has thirteen laboratories for conducting various practical classes.A computer laboratory with HP, Compaq and IBM PCs has been developed exclusively for students of the department. The departmental library is being developed to support the academic thrust of the students and the faculty members of the department.

Library

  • The Central Library, with a collection of over 41,000 books and 193 periodicals, subscribes to 49 international, 144 national journals including informative popular magazines. In addition to the above, it subscribes to 12 national and regional dailies to provide a base for enhanced learning.

Hostel

  • There are 8 Hostel Blocks in the campus to accommodate about 1250 boys and 200 girls.

ExtraCurricular

  • Gymkhana has variety of musical instruments like tabla, harmonium, dholki, kongo, guitrars, key boards etc. and possesses infrastructures like auditorium with adequate screens and curtains, PA system, lights and lighting systems, etc., and other accessories for conducting drama, photography and fine arts.
