Department of Foreign Languages is a part of Shivaji University. It was established in 1970. The Department is actively engaged in producing study material in Foreign Languages, like educational charts/tables, computerised notes useful in teaching process for various courses  of Foreign languages.The Department arranges Meetings, Discussions, Get-togethers and special lectures on Russian Language, German Language, Culture and civilization for the benefit of teachers and students of Foreign languages.
