Department of Journalism and Mass Communication is the department under Periyar University. The program of study is designed to prepare students To gain insight into the national nutritional problems and their management through diet, to disseminate evident based nutrition knowledge to the agrarian and general community, to bring valuabletechnologies of Journalism and Mass Communication processing to all stake holders in an organized form and to develop a perspective for multidisciplinary experience.
