Department of Microbiology is a part of  Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Agricultural University, Palampur.  Objective of the department is to develop quality human resource in the discipline of Microbiology through basic and applied courses and to create top quality human resources in order to enhance productivity and social status in Agriculture and Home science.
