Department of Pedodontia, SRM University is a part of SRM University and approved by NAAC. Treating a young child is one of the most challenging tasks that a dentist faces. Pedodontics, the study of child dentistry, encompasses a variety of disciplines, techniques and skills that are adapted to the special needs of toddlers, children, adolescents and those with special healthcare needs. So students are trained in child psychology and techniques to take care of dental problems for children. The department offers Bachelor of Dental Surgery course.
