The Post Graduate Department of Pharmaceutical Science is established in the year of 2010 with   grants from UGC (XI Plan) and generous financial support from the State Government of Gujarat to tune its initiation and development. The Department houses two major disciplines of Post Graduation programmes in pharmacy, viz. Pharmaceutics and Quality Assurance. Department's aim is to develop into a globally acclaimed centre for Pharmaceutical education and research in higher strata of pharmaceutical education and thereby to cater to the needs of pharmacy profession locally as well as globally and to serve the society and nation through innovative inputs and set the quality benchmarks in field of Product Development and Drug Delivery.
