Department of Political Science is affiliated to Goa University. The Department has thus contributed significantly to teaching and research in Goa.   • NSS works with the objective of Selfless Service. It involves students in the service of community, while undergoing instruction in educational institutions. Goa University has 25 Units of NSS, in various affiliated Colleges in the State. The main activities taken up are blood-donation, tree plantations, campus cleaning, Cleanliness drives, awareness about Malaria, AIDS and Sanitation etc. A Special camping Programme is organised by every unit.
