Department of Population Studies is a part of Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University and accredited by UGC. Major focus of the department in teaching is to make aware to the students regarding problems of large family and the problems of depleting natural resources with increasing population. The main focus is to maintain human quality of life by imparting population education and involve social scientists and women in research problems related to different variables of population.
