Department of Psychopharmacology is established under National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences. The department is awaiting clinical research unit to be established in collaboration with the clinical department or having its own clinical unit. Department aim is to provide specialized clinical services for Neurosychiatric disorders particularly when diagnosis needs to be confirmed and provide information on study state plasma levels of psychotropic drugs for Clinical Management, Dosage Scheduling, Side Effects, Toxicity, Over dosage and Poisoning.
