Department of Studies in Social Work, Karnatak University Dharwad is approved by NAAC. The mission of the department is to organize Social Work Research with a view to contribute to the knowledge base of Social Work and disseminate the same to the practitioners in the field so that the methods, techniques and strategies adopted/developed or refined could be replicated and goals of Social Work are attained.
