The beginning of the Department of  Tourism Studies (DTS), University, may be traced back to 2002, when it was established as a centre for advanced Culture and Tourism Education and Research. Present time this department name is  M.T.S. (Master of Tourism Studies). The mission of the Department is to become an agent of change for principled, socially responsible and creative leadership in culture and tourism by providing the highest quality education for present and future leaders and advance the understanding and practice of tourism management through research and outreach.
