Patil college of Ayurved and Research Institute was established in the year 2004 with permissions from the Central Council of Indian Medicine (C.C.I.M) and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, India, to help in achieving the basic aim of Ayurveda That of prolongation of a healthy life, prevention of diseases and thus, help for a person to attain the four principal aims of life : Dharma (Virtue), Artha (Wealth), Kama (Desires) and Moksha (Liberation).
