The Dronacharya College of Education, is a private, self financed, non- government educational institute managed by OCEAN Society, affiliated to H.P University Shimla and recognised by NCTE. Established in 2006, with an intake of 100 students for B.Ed. Course, the college has added another 100 seats in 2008-09.The College aims at imparting life-long learning and provides a learner centric rather than teacher- centric educational process. Dronacharya envision to nurture and train pupil – teachers with ethical values, vibrant knowledge and professional skill, so that they become a useful instrument in the national development and peace
