Faculty of Non-Conventional Sources of Energy and Environment Sciences is the part of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology. The Department of Environmental Science and Engineering caters to the goal of university enshrined in its preamble which reads as, `to facilitate and promote studies and research in emerging areas of higher education with focus on new frontiers of technology, Environmental Studies, Non-Conventional Energy Sources, Pharmacy and Management Studies and also to achieve excellence in these and connected fields'. The department has an innovative, dynamic and flexible course curriculum in which students have choice to select the courses of their interest and undertake research projects.
