The placement department is one of the important pillars of any academic institute, hence FIEM institute placement department is an amalgamation of qualified and experienced persons from corporate and industry. The placement department regularly invites top leading firms in its campus for the recruitment. The department provides placement to the B.tech & M.C.A students and also imparts counselling for the students. FIEM placement department trained its learners through imparting internship in top firms like All India Radio, Hindustan National Glass & Industries Ltd., India Foils Ltd., Centre of Electronics and Test Engineering (Govt. of India), Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Indian Ordainance Factory, Indian Railways, Indian Statistical Institute, Cognizant Technologies etc. Activities of the placement department are: Impart communication skill development programme to students right from the first semester Arranging Orientation programmes for first semester students and counseling them about the necessity of attending training session before campus selection Company specific training on the format of writing the resumes, body language and facing the interviews Conducting Mock/Simulated exercises on continuous basis for Pre-final and Final Year students in Aptitude, Group Discussion, Technical and General Interview skills etc. Organizing Industry-Institution interaction programmes to bridge the gap between company exceptions and academic learning.
