Gandhi Memorial College of Education is affiliated to Kashmir University. The college offers Bachelor of Education, Elementary Teacher Training, Nursery Teachers Training, National Institute of Open Schooling course. It is the only institution in the state which has all along during the last 50 years maintained its academics excellence and produced thousands of trained teachers across the State of J&K in particular and the country as a whole.
