The college has been providing technological expertise to the industry and society. The College of Engineering is the only Govt. engineering college offering full time and part-time courses.The college is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is funded by Govt. of Goa, presently affiliated to Goa University.

Hostel

  • Goa Engineering College is the only college in Goa to provide hostel facilities. GEC Campus includes : Four boys hostel There are seperate hostels for each batch of students.They are Hostel I, II, III & IV for 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th year students respectively.
