Government College of Education, Srinagar is approved by UGC and affiliated to University of Kashmir. College mission is to prepare teachers with positive and healthy attitudes towards teaching profession with a deep sense of equity, social and gender justice and sensitiveness to weaker, downtrodden and underprivileged sections of society. The college offers Bachelor of Education and Master of Education course.
