Laboratory

  • All labs are well equipped with latest equipments.

Library

  • The college library is well equipped to cater the needs of the students. There is also a reading hall. Five science departments separately run seminar libraries. There is also the provision of book-bank facility to the needy and meritorious students. Students are also allowed to enjoy overnight issue of books. All students are required to return the books before the test examination.

Hostel

  • The college has two hostels: one 'Vivekananda Chhatrabas' (the boys' hostel) for SC/ST boys and the other 'Nivedita Chhatrinibas' (the girls' hostel) for girls students with 40 and 60 seat capacities respectively. Students who need hostel accommodation are required to apply separately for the same during or just after admission. Scheduled caste and scheduled tribe students are given highest preference during allotment of seats of the boys' hostel.

ExtraCurricular

  • All students are encouraged to associate themselves with NSS activities of the college. The college tries to impart value education through NSS and NCC activities. Regular seminars and camps are organised.
