HBTI has well ventilated spacious classrooms, which are well equipped with amenities like projector & audio-video. Every classrooms of the college has a green board or a black board with computer white board & a podium and a noticed board is also provided in every classroom.

The computer centre of the college assists students and faculty in their various programmes and researches. The computer centre of the college is fully packed with amenities like state of the art servers, high end linux and windows labs and application software. The computer centre provides internet access, which is provided through a 50 Mbps dedicated Internet link. Apart from this HBTI has well equipped laboratory in each departments, kit out with latest apparatus to support students in

HBTI library has a vast collection of latest books pertaining to engineering and computer application field, journals, and periodicals. Institute has a separate reading room for learners and faculty where they can work on their programmes. The library of the HBTI is air conditioned and kit out with all necessary amenities.

The institute has 8 boys and 3 girls hostels for undergraduate and postgraduate students & research scholars. Each of the hostels has its own mess which is managed & run by the hostel inmates on cooperative basis.

Extra curriculum activities and soft skill development facilities for overall development of the students, various extra and co-curricular activities are available in the institute. Various councils/clubs function under the faculty members as presidents.
