Haryana Institute of Civil Aviation (HICA), Haryana is recognised as a frontrunner in the aviation training. HICA is affixing strong wings in the shoulders of young dynamic pilots for flying high in the firmament. Institute was set up in the year 1966 to cater the desires of pilots from various backgrounds. HICA has three flying training centers in Karnal, Pinjore, Hisar, Narnaul and Bhiwani, well fitted out with necessary amenities like fleet, simulator, classrooms, Runway, hostel etc. Institute imparts various kinds of aviation licenses and programs for the trainee. Apart from this HICA has won overall Best Flying Training Institute runner up trophy in India 2nd time for year 2012-13, earlier it has won the same trophy in 2008-09.
