HOOGHLY ENGINEERING and TECHNOLOGY COLLEGE (HETC) is a Degree Engineering College, run by Hooghly Engineering and Technology College Society, a non-profit making Organization engaged in the promotion of Technical Education amongst the students and the dissemination of scientific knowledge in the Society.
