  • The Central Library is the heart of Indian School of Mines University, Dhanbad. It is a completely utomated library provides services seven days a week, catering information to more than 2000 users belonging to 15 departments and centers. Boasting a rich collection of Earth Science and other branches of ngineering and management, the library houses more than 80,000 books, 8000 Ph.D thesis and dissertations, 35,000 bound volumes of Journals and 1200 digital books in the form CD's and DVD's.   • The school provides rooms in the Hostel to all students. Here the students stay in a healthy atmosphere and perfect living conditions along with friends to share the precious moments of life. Separate hostels for boys and girls with modern amenities help the students to pursue their education in a homely environment. In order to accommodate all students the university a number of hostels available in the campus and some mega hostels are under construction.
