The College has spacious classrooms, which are well equipped with up to date facilities, like audio systems, Overhead projects. A well-equipped Resource Generation space is set-up for the faculty to arrange teaching material and do analysis in their subject. they're designed to produce students with complete comfort for the intense hours of classrooms teaching and interaction.

ISI has a well equipped laboratory.The equipment of laboratory helps in enhancing the learning process and in enabling the proper conduct of the university prescribed courses. All the computers are branded. For internet connectivity all the computers in the Lab and the office have a dedicated lease line.

The Central Library at Kolkata has over 200,000 volumes of books and journals besides many official reports, reprints,maps, microfilms and microfiches. It receives about one thousand scientific and technical journals annually. The Library has acquired data bases on CD-ROM and further computerisation of the library facilities is in progress. The library has developed a separate collection of books and journals in Mathematics and Statistics known as Eastern Regional Centre of NBHM collection
