IIIM has an independent Institute Industry Interface Co-ordination committee which takes care of Final & Summer Placement, MDPs and Consultancies. The Institute provides the best of amenities for conducting the recruitment programs. Training activities are organized throughout the year in an effort towards preparing the prospective students for the campus selection programmes. Candidates are provided practical inputs and simulations that facilitates an actual understanding about the dynamics of business environment. The Committee keeps on inviting various industries and reputed firms for campus recruitment. Also a Training & Placement cell has been established to help students get the right job. The cell organizes career counseling, job fairs, mock interviews and resume writing seminars.
