Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition was first established as a Food Craft Institute and was later upgraded as a full fledged Institute under the auspices of Government of India, Ministry of Tourism and is under the umbrella of National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology, New Delhi.
