The Institute of Mathematical Sciences (IMSc), was established by Alladi Ramakrishnan in the year 1962. IMSc is a national institute for fundamental research in frontier disciplines of the mathematical and physical sciences. The institute provides quality education in the areas of Mathematics, Theoretical Computer Science and Theoretical Physics. The faculty members of The Institute of Mathematical Sciences are highly qualified and experienced. The institute offers both graduate level & master level degree programmes.
