Integral University is a state private university, located in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, India. It was established in 1198 as Institute of Integral Technology, Lucknow. In 2004, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Sh. Mulayam Singh Yadav declared that the Institute of Integral Technology shall be elevated to a full-fledged university in not time. Soon after his declaration, he got the bill passed in the Assembly on 26th of January, 2004 and issued Govt. Notification by the UP State Government. Integral University is now a member of and listed by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

Integral University, Lucknow has nine faculties and four polytechnics. Polytechnics are at remote campuses in Shahjahnpur, Sultanpur and Allahabad.
