Jaganath Institute of Management Sciences (Jims) has a placement department which promotes regular interface between the students and the industry. The placement department provides guidance, direction and assistance to students. Jims placement department maintain their relationship with business firm through Seminars, Industrial visit, Guest lecturer etc. The institute provides campus interview for which they trained their students by mock interviews, group discussion.
