Library

  • The central library of the college is one of the biggest college libraries under Vidyasagar University. The total no of books in the Jhargram Raj College Library is more than one lakh. With a long tradition of combined efforts from both the authorities and all the staff members of the library, we have been striving to render various services and facilities to the different categories of members in a hospitable atmosphere in spite of some infrastructural limitations.

Hostel

  • The hostels provide a unique convenience for students who come from far as the facilities come with remarkably cheap seat rent (Only five rupees per month). Seats are allotted to the students on the basis of their financial condition and the distance they come from their residences. The three hostels, namely, the following accommodate 265 students in total.

ExtraCurricular

  • The College offers social service through four units of NSS to its target population at nearby villages. NSS units of the College organize blood donation camp, health awareness program, social awareness program etc. The units are also actively engaged in various community development programs. A village (Pukuria) has been adopted with the purpose of improving health and social awareness by the NSS.
