JKK Nattraja Dental College & Hospital (JKKNDCH) has always viewed placements and its related activities as an offshoot of curriculum; spread                         across the entire academic year than just a terminal effort. The objective of the placement department of JKKNDCH is to minimize the gap and                                 conflict between the educated and the employable.

The initiatives of the placement department of JKKNDCH focus on enhancing the employability of its candidates in a systematic and progressive manner                     all through the course of graduation. The candidates are exposed to the demand of the industry methodically; thereby aligning their focus on                                 acquiring the skills that would ameliorate their employability.

The faculty of the placement department act as equal partners with the candidates; providing them individual attention and counselling on a                                   case to case basis igniting the urge of the candidate to focus on the practical application of their qualification. The focus of every effort taken by                                 the faculty and placement department of JKKNDCH  is to nurture the professionalism in its candidates that they gain confidence to secure employment                       on their own with considerable ease and finesse than even depending on the institution
