JSS College of Pharmacy is a constituent college of JSS University, Mysore. JSS University is recognized by Ministry of Human Resource Development, government of India on 28th may 2008 and has declared Jagadguru Sri Shivarathreeshwara University (JSSU), Mysore, Karnataka, as deemed. The college offers courses Bachelor of Pharmacy, Diploma in Pharmacy, Master of Pharmacy and Doctor Of Philosophy.

Classroom

  • All the classrooms of the college are well furnished with all modern facilities.

Laboratory

  • The college has well equipped laboratories in basic sciences and pharmacy so that students can understand effectively, what they have learnt in the classrooms. The computer laboratory of the college is well equipped with the latest computers (cyrix-II and pentiums). It has ten computers with CD ROM drives and inkjet printers. The laboratory is exclusively used by the I B.Pharm and I Pharm.D students for their computer learning.

Library

  • The library has a good collection of books, periodicals and journals related to pharmacy and other sciences. Presently there are about 8000 books in the library. It subscribes to about 45 national and international journals.

Hostel

  • The college provides accommodation separately for about 200 men and 80 women.

ExtraCurricular

  • Industrial tour is organised for Final B.Pharm students, to visit various pharmaceutical industries in and around Karnataka, to get an orientation to the pharmaceutical industries.
