Kamaraj College of Engineering and Technology (KCET) has fully-fledged placement cell, which is managed by the faulty members of the institute. The objective of the placement cell is to find out skill gaps through Industry-Academia interaction. Anna University, Chennai has identified our college as one of the nodal centre to conduct TAMILNADU STATE LEVEL PLACEMENT PROGRMME. The placement cell of KCET is accountable for inviting top leading companies & conducting placement related activities from inviting MNCs and blue chip companies to organizing interview facilities, etc., College trained their students through mock tests and counselling sessions before facing the final interview. College imparts excellent placement infrastructure facilities such as Large Multi Purpose hall to accommodate 1500 students, 750 latest Computers connected with 21 Mbps internet connectivity, Large A/c. Conference halls of 300 seating capacity and 100 seating capacity, 4 A/c. interview halls and 1 GD hall, which makes college first choice for the top leading companies for the recruitment process.
