ExtraCurricular

  • The National Service Scheme (NSS) unit was inaugurated in the campus on 16th January 2004. Dr.R.K.Manoharan, Former NSS Coordinator, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore inaugurated the unit. Mr. P. Lakshmana Kumar, Senior Lecturer, Department of Mechanical Engineering is the Programme Officer. Since the inception of the unit, many activities were organized. Myleripalayam, a nearby village was adopted by the unit for serving the society. So far, 4 Special camps have been organized in the village.

Placement

Training is given from 1st year onwards and the trainers are brought from external agencies.
