K.A.R. Polytechnic College is affiliated with Anna University and Approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi Geovernment of Tamil Nadu. Mission of the institute is to provide excellent education and training in the fields of work force or to continue the higher education, and to improve the standards of education and training to endeavour to make it and effective instruments for human resource development in the fast changing contemporary environment. Classroom

  • The institute has class room which are spacious with good ventilation and separate table and chair for each student. The class room is also faciliated with well furnished tiles, blackboard, tubelight and fan.

Laboratory

  • All labs are well equipped with latest equipment and institute provides 126 system for the students, computers are used in the office, Laboratories, Staff room, Placement officer,etc. The computer is linked LAN with broad band connections.

Library

  • The institute provides different kinds of books like magazines, journals, encyclopedia, newspaper, dictionary, department books like ECE, ICE, EEPC, CE, FWT, MOP and IT. They are also Project, CD and Reference Books.

Hostel

  • The hostel facility is provided only for boys. The room is located nearby the college with bed, cupboard and good ventilation. It consists of attached bathroom and water facilities for 24 hours. And there is a hygenic mess for food facilities.

ExtraCurricular

  • Institute performes various activities to motivate individual talent of the student in the college. The staff encourages the students to participate in all competition. It also serve outlet for the extra energy of the youth. Extra curricular activities develops co-operation, team spirit and tolerance. It develops self-discipline. It is usefull for the student in many ways.
