The college is established under the aegis of Lord Shiva Charitable Trust, Sirsa. The Lord Shiva College of Pharmacy is fully dedicated to profession of Pharmacy and to mankind. The college is affiliated to Kurukshetra University and State Board of Technical Education, Haryana and is approved by AICTE and PCI. College offers courses Diploma in Pharmacy, Bachelor of Pharmacy, Master of Pharmacy and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
