Malwa Central College of Education for Women, Ludhiana, formerly known as Malwa Training College, Ludhiana, was established by the Khalsa Dewan, Ludhiana, in pursuance of its aims of promoting education facilities for all, in general, and for the rural Punjab, in particular. College is affiliated to Punjab University, Chandigarh and National Council of Teacher Education. College with its traditions and vulnerable past aims to provide qualitative learning experiences to develop the holistic personality of the teacher trainees through academic excellence, professional competence, personal interpersonal and societal skills so that they may be beacons of excellence in their Endeavour.
