Mata Mahakali Polytechnic, Warora is provides Diploma in Engineering course. Under the liberal and enthusiastic scheme of govt. of Maharashtra to allow the private educational organizations to establish and run the technical institutions such as I.T.I., Polytechnics, Engineering, Pharmacy and M.B.A. education sanctioned by the govt. of Maharashtra, Mumbai, All India Council of Tech. Education, New Delhi and Director of tech. education, Mumbai have given the permission and sanction to establish and start this polytechnic from the academic session 2009-10 on Non-grant Basis. This institute is recognized by the director of technical education Mumbai and Maharashtra state board of technical education (M.S.B.T.E.) Mumbai.
