Multani Mal Modi College has got a strong and full-fledged career guidance and placement cell which conducts regular placement oriented programs to place the students in the best corporates of India.The cell primarily aims at obtaining the best possible placements to the students and equally makes aware of various career options available to them. The career guidance cell organizes seminars, workshops and guest lectures to encourage the students to plan their future. Above all, the main function of the cell is to invite reputed companies to the campus so as to conduct interviews and find suitable jobs for the skills available among the students.

Both national and multinational companies from all over India visited our campus for direct recruitment during the session. The placement cell has been coordinating with other colleges to provide our students with opportunities of participating in Campus Activities of other colleges. Our students also participated in the campus recruitment of companies like NIIT, LIC , Infosys, Tech Lab Solutions, E-clarx Solutions, etc. More than 100 students were selected/ shortlisted by different companies during the year.
