Dr. Y.S.R. National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management (NITHM) was set up in the year 2004 and formally inaugurated by the INC President Mrs. Sonia Gandhi on 16th March 2005. The institute is situated in the centre of Hyderabad at Gachibowli. NITHM is beautifully constructed in an area of about 2 lakh square-feet in multiple blocks. The institute was established under the provision of Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act-2001. NITHM is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (J.N.T.U), Hyderabad. The goal & objective of the institute is to discover new methods & technology for solving business operations and produce world class leader for nation development. The vision of the institute is to associate itself and work in tandem with international agencies in developing and setting bench mark standards in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
