Laboratory

• Institute has maintain well-equipped and modern computer centres. Each computer centre has sufficient number of computers of the latest technology. Internet and e-mail facilities are available at all locations. All important software packages of project management, contract Management, estimating, quantity surveying, inventory control, accounting, personnel handling, ERP ect.

Library

• Each campus is equipped with a library the main library is at the Pune campus. Campus has a specialized library in construction management and the construction industry. Institute holds a collection of over 10,200 books, documents and reference material. Libraries subscribes to all major technical and professional journals relevant to the mainline work of the institute.

Hostel

• Hostel accommodation is available at Pune, Hyderabad and Goa campuses. Women students granted admissions are housed separately.
