Nile College is affiliated offers Bachelor of Medical and Bachelor of Surgery, Bachelor of Science and Diploma programme. Nile College is the nucleus faculty of Nile University . It is the initial phase which will consist of the Medical Complex Project. This phase of the Nile University consists of the Medical Programme leading to the MBBS degree, the Medical Laboratory Science Programme leading to B.Sc. in MLS, the Nursing Programme leading to the B.Sc. Nursing degree. In addition there is a Diploma Programme in Medical Information Systems which has been specially designed to qualify young men and women in medical informatics. The present and future developments of medical practice and medical services will rely more and more on the use of already available technologies and information systems. There is a great shortage in personnel who are qualified and possess the required skills to fill this gap. With the development of health services, medical education and research there will be high demand for such competencies.
