Orissa Engineering College (OEC) has well furnished and trendy classrooms. All classrooms provides a special learning environment, a touch screen white board is integrated with the LCD projector and a computer.

College has a computer lab for the students and also some others labs for science department. The computer lab of the college is well kit out with latest software’s, windows, scanner etc. The labs of the college assist students in their practicals, projects and assignments. Computer lab of the college is well connected with internet facility which helps students in searching information related to their programmes.

College has well stocked library, which known as Sudhanshu Mohan Library named after Late Sri. Sudhanshu Mohan Patnaik. The library of the college was commenced on 7th September, 1998. The library of the college comprises books, periodicals, pamphlets, manuscripts, magazines, journals with a collection of over 41075 learning making learners intellectually strong for the society. Students are provided with hostel facilities. There are separate hostels for both boys and girls. The Jagannath Boys’ Hostel in the campus can accommodate 350 students and has all necessary facilities. All the girls hostels are situated in the city. All hostels have well equipped fooding facilities and special care is taken of the hygiene of the hostels.
