In 1999, Chairman Shri Santosh Rungta laid the foundation of this Magnificent temple of knowledge .Today popularly known as Rungta R1 Campus, it is nothing but an epicenter where different courses of Engineering ,IT ,Science,& Technology and Pharmacy merge together for a single cause that is the future of its students.

According to MHRD , Rungta College of Pharmacy is Ranked under 100 Best Pharmacy College in India.

We had started our mission with Rungta College of Engineering and Technology, Bhilai which today is our flagship college and is the leader in technical education in and around Chhattisgarh. We today have grown into a leading education provider with dual campuses at Bhilai the industrial town of Chhattisgarh. Rungta College of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Research, Bhilai has a Student-Faculty ratio of 1:12.

Classroom

  • Rungta Educational Campus has an Theater like auditorium with a capacity of 400 seats. The auditorium is designed fully air cooled and is equipped modern A/V facilities. The institute also has one conference hall with audio and video conferencing facilities.

  • Libraries are backbone of any civilized society and heart of any academic institution. Thus the library at Rungta Group of Institutions also acquires a prominent place among the students and faculty. Each Institute within the campus houses well stocked libraries including central library and departmental libraries. Hostel

  • Separate hostels ensure privacy and homely environment. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, air cooled and offer congenial atmosphere for academic development. All the rooms are air cooled and have attached let baths. The campus has excellent indoor and outdoor sports facilities. A doctor and nurse visit the hostels very regularly. There are two separate messes and offer hygienic food.

  • The colleges within the campus organize various events including Unnayan (technical and cultural fest) , Utkarsh etc. every year. The festivals offer a wide spectrum of activities to for students.
