Scad College of education, cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli is owned by SCAD (Social Change and Development) Trust which is a charitable organization. It is a co-educational residential self financing institution. It’s recognized by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Bangalore. It is affiliated to Tamilnadu Teachers Education University, Chennai. The college offers one year B.Ed., Degree Course with an intake of 100 students.
