Shanti Niketan B.ED College, Haripura is affiliated with Barkatullaha University Bhopal and recognised by Government of Madhya Pradesh and N.C.T.E. The College is offers education in the field of Teacher Training. Kesar Munsi Lal Shiksha Avam Mahila Bal Vikas Samiti started the Shanti Niketan B.Ed.
