Sheth M.C. School of Dairy Science, Anand, one of the premier organizations for dairy innovation training in the nation, was set up in the year 1961 as a part of the then Foundation of Horticulture, Anand. With the foundation of the Gujarat Agrarian College in 1972, the school turned into its constituent part and was given a status of a Staff - "The Personnel of Dairy Science".
