Shri Vaishno Devi College of Education is recognized by the J and K Government, and is affiliated to the University of Jammu. The College offers a professional course in education leading to the B.Ed degree of University of Jammu. Institute aim is to provide education of highest level so as to make pupil teachers capable of creating enlightened citizens of India to enable them play their roles as responsible and enlightened citizens of not only J and K State but the country as a whole.
