The Singhbhum Homoeopathic Medical College and  Hospital is managed by a Governing Body, constituted by the Dep. of Health Education, Govt. of Jharkhand. TISCO is a pioneer support to the Institution that is fulfilling the healths needs of TISCO employees as well. The College is also treating employees of TIMKEN INDIA free of charge. The College also organizes regular medical camps at distant rural areas for health awareness and treatment. It also holds fortnightly medical checkup/treatment camp at "School of Hope" for physically and mentally retarded children.
